We therefore highly recommend reviewing this document carefully prior to confirming your reservation<\/p>\n<h4><strong>1. COMPANY IDENTIFICATION<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>SUMAQ TRAVEL is a boutique agency specializing in private and luxury experiences throughout Peru. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>By making a reservation with SUMAQ TRAVEL, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. This establishes the contractual relationship between the agency and the traveler.<\/p>\n<h4>3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS<\/h4>\n<h5>3.1 Booking Process<\/h5>\n<p>All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.<br \/>\nTo confirm, a non-refundable initial deposit of 50% of the total trip value is required.<br \/>\nThe reservation will be confirmed once we receive the deposit and the payment receipt.<\/p>\n<h5>3.2 Final Payment<\/h5>\n<p>The full payment must be completed 60 days prior to the start of the trip.<br \/>\nFor bookings made less than 60 days in advance, full payment must be made immediately.<\/p>\n<h5>3.3 Payment Methods<\/h5>\n<p>We accept bank transfers, credit\/debit cards, and secure payment platforms.<br \/>\nIt is important to note that all bank charges and fees are the responsibility of the traveler.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5>4.1 Cancellation by the Client<\/h5>\n<p>More than 90 days before: 70% refund of the total payment.<br \/>\nBetween 60 and 89 days before: 50% refund.<br \/>\nLess than 60 days before: No refunds.<br \/>\nSince costs may vary depending on suppliers (hotels, transportation, guides), we recommend purchasing travel insurance.<\/p>\n<h5>4.2 Modification or Cancellation by SUMAQ TRAVEL<\/h5>\n<p>In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, security issues, extreme weather), SUMAQ TRAVEL may modify or cancel a trip. In such cases, rescheduling or a partial refund will be offered, with administrative fees and incurred costs deducted.<\/p>\n<h4>5. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE<\/h4>\n<h5>5.1 Liability of SUMAQ TRAVEL<\/h5>\n<p>We act as intermediaries between the traveler and the service providers.<br \/>\nWe are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes operated by third parties.<br \/>\nFurthermore, we do not assume responsibility for losses, theft, illness, or accidents.<\/p>\n<h5>5.2 Traveler&#8217;s Responsibilities<\/h5>\n<p>The traveler must:<\/p>\n<p>Hold a valid passport, necessary visas, and required vaccinations.<br \/>\nRespect local laws and regulations at each destination.<\/p>\n<h5>5.3 Travel Insurance<\/h5>\n<p>We recommend purchasing international insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of luggage.<br \/>\nSUMAQ TRAVEL is not responsible for medical expenses or repatriations.<\/p>\n<h4>6. ITINERARIES AND MODIFICATIONS<\/h4>\n<p>All itineraries are subject to changes due to weather conditions, regulations, or availability of services.<br \/>\nIf necessary, we may modify the travel route to ensure the safety and well-being of the traveler.<br \/>\nAny changes requested by the traveler after confirmation may incur additional costs.<\/p>\n<h4>7. TRAVELER CONDUCT AND TOUR EXPULSION<\/h4>\n<p>SUMAQ TRAVEL reserves the right to expel any traveler who:<\/p>\n<p>Endangers the safety of the group.<br \/>\nViolates local laws.<br \/>\nExhibits aggressive or disrespectful behavior.<br \/>\nIn such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.<\/p>\n<h4>8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION<\/h4>\n<p>We comply with data protection laws.<br \/>\nThe traveler&#8217;s information will be used exclusively for trip management and will not be shared without their consent.<\/p>\n<h4>9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h4>\n<p>All content on the website (texts, images, and videos) is the property of SUMAQ TRAVEL.<br \/>\nIt may not be reproduced without prior authorization.<\/p>\n<h4>10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/h4>\n<p>This contract is governed by Peruvian law and applicable international tourism regulations.<br \/>\nIn the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Peru.<\/p>\n<h4>11.
